From ruble to yuan, from yuan to baht. At least 5% more conversion. I don't think it's important if there is no foreign card. Up in tai is accepted everywhere, except for markets and street eateries. Hotels also take. Cash is withdrawn (the commission depends on the issuing bank, Google). It is better to take a cash $€ and a card with rubles.
