Opened on Monday in Koh Samui. 1) Get the Certificate of residency in the Samui Immigrashka. for him you need 500 baht, photo, passport. 2nd floor, done quickly. 2) Go to Nathon, Bangkok Bank office. give them a passport and this Certificat.
