If by the mind, then on two-stroke engines of the click type you need 91, on 4-stroke engines 95. On the 95th new (in good condition) bikes ride faster. If the bike is shaken, then you will not notice the difference. If the moped is not yours and mota's motor resource does not interest you - do not spend extra money and ley 91.
