I entered Thailand on a Russian passport with a stamp for 45 days, the stamp says until April 1. If I am extended at the immigration service in Koh Phangan for 7 days, will I be counted from 01.04 next term or from 02.04?

The stamp indicates the last day until which it is possible to stay (inclusive), respectively, if you add 7 days, you can leave until the 8th.
