Like, no. I asked in the yellow bank to withdraw cash from the dollar account, I was told to remove the current in baht from the bat account. And I had a VTB, there was no bat account there and they refused to withdraw me, they said that it would not work. I insisted on trying and they managed to remove the cash in baht from the ruble account, though with double conversion through dollars and horse commission. Suddenly, who will benefit from my experience.
