Buy ATK tests, in any pharmacy either 7/11, or femili market sell for 100 baht. If it is positive, then wait until it becomes negative and it will be possible to retake PCR. Did they send you the result itself? If the CT level is above 30, you can make a certificate that you have been sick for the last 3 months and ask to be released.
