I bought a SIM card in advance, back in the Russian Federation. Picked up at the airport in Bangkok by qr code 15gb 8 days. Immediately in touch. Price 5€. But it still works. In the LC it is written that the packages are active until the 19th. Provider dtac. (A small stall in the departure area) Here dtac in the Festival was bought for a month for 300 baht. I don't know what the speed is. But they don't seem to complain)
