It's not just Thais who do this, but a lot of Asians in general. I live in a tourist city, the Chinese often come here and also directly beg to take pictures with children, especially with fair skin and hair They do not pursue any evil, it is just curiosity for them, plus they really love children. Just try not to pay attention, they may not even understand that you are angry for them this is normal)

Thais treat children as something divine... for them it's direct, I don't know how to put it, well, something angelic... and they are very fond of whites... they always touch the skin.
