In the decathlon locally sell T-shirts and additional sleeves with protection against UV 50. And long-sleeved T-shirts also with 50 protection. Go and buy. White hooded shirts that become transparent when wet are self-deception, not sun protection. And under decathlon T-shirts it is also better to smear Sanskrin 50, it will not be worse.
