Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to directly search for the contacts of the condo management companies. I negotiated easily at Parkland BangNa, but it's on the outskirts of town.

Renthab is normal, but you need a Thai SIM card. I agreed with the owner that I would pay on the spot.

Condo contracts from 3 months. Annual it is discounted, many where they will agree for 3 or 6 months, but the price will be higher. *Apartments* can be rented for a month, search on renthub or go and ask. A lot of places will be handed to you for a month without problems.
