As far as I know, to re-pass without the knowledge of the agency or the owner of the illegal, it is prescribed in the contract. And if in the end they find out that they quietly engaged in this, the deposits will not be returned.

We reshooted. The real estate agency redesigned the contract for us so that the deposit remained with us.
