You're wrong) no mvu - penalty enivey) but if the card above says English and French - you can generally do without a fine.

If you have national documents of a new sample, there is the right category in the VU (for bike A, for car B) And good English, you can tell the inspector about the Vienna Convention, which Thailand has signed. But that's all lyrics, . The period of stay in the country is not important, the law is the law.
