Full of ticket aggregators. Now from Moscow to BPC van Wei you can fly for +- 30k rubles. from Irkutsk to BPC even cheaper than 30k.

In 90% of cases, a package tour of 40% or more is cheaper. We flew from Almaty ourselves, tickets were 75-80k rubles per one way. The tour for two came out at 100.
