Smith's Gym Kata - Excellent gym in terms of value for money on Katya. There are all the main simulators in excellent condition. There is a good cardio zone. Fit Gun Gym - A rocking chair that grew from a personal gym in a private home to a fitness center. It is located in a very green picturesque place near the waterfall in Kathu. It is best to visit after sunset - there is no air conditioning. There are season tickets. Naka Muay Thai Gym - A small gym with a Muay Thai bias. Good location on the mountain - great blown.
