Look at the insurance aggregator Cherehap. If you are already in Thailand, when registering on the Cherehap website, you must specify the tick "I am already traveling". Also note, for Thailand, a temporary deductible applies, i.e. the date of commencement of the policy must be specified later, at least +4 or 5 days from the date of purchase, this is the minimum, but you can of course set a later date.
