Call tour. policy and everything will be OK! Dirty and no gasoline is not a reason not to return the deposit (although it is better not to give away a dirty car - it is not human)

Well benz and cleaning are deducted from the deposit and that's it, the rest is on your hands. There is no point in specifying - it should have been spelled out.
