In excess of the established norm and without charging an additional fee, it is allowed to carry as hand luggage the following things (for one passenger): a backpack weighing no more than 5 kg and dimensions according to the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 80 cm, or a handbag, or a briefcase with belongings enclosed in a backpack, or a bag, or a briefcase; posy; Coats; baby food for the child during the flight; costume in a portplaid; a device for carrying a child (baby bassinet, restraint systems (devices) for children under two years of age, a baby stroller with dimensions not exceeding 42×50×20 cm) when transporting a child, which can be safely placed in the cabin of the aircraft on a shelf above the passenger seat, or under the seat in front of the passenger seat (otherwise checked in as baggage without charging an additional fee). As a restraint device and if there is a separate paid seat for the child, it can be carried a portable child seat equipped with seat belts, certified for use in air transport, installed on a passenger seat; medicines, special dietary needs in the amount necessary for the duration of the flight; crutches, canes, walkers, rollators, folding wheelchair, removable prostheses of limbs (arms, legs), portable oxygen concentrator (with dimensions not exceeding 55×40×20 cm), used by the passenger and which can be safely placed in the cabin of the aircraft. A folding wheelchair is carried in the cabin of the aircraft if there is space for its safe placement, otherwise it is checked in as baggage without charging an additional fee; goods purchased in duty-free shops at the airport, packed in one sealed (sealed) plastic bag, with dimensions according to the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 115 cm.
