how is it more profitable to do currency exchange, buy a dollar in Russia and exchange on arrival for baht or buy baht from a Gazprom card in Thailand?

Yes, everything should be counted on the spot, the rates of the yuan and the dollar are changing, it also matters what you $ in Russia bought. Well, the difference if it is in some direction then it is definitely not important, unless of course we are talking about tens of thousands of dollars)
