You can leave in $ , less then hassles. If in baht, on the way to the airport, in any exchange to come and change for $.

Well, first of all, you can make purchases before the flight or a souvenir. Secondly, if you do not need to buy anything - then any exchanger. But the local Russians will change it most profitably.
