New Ferry. Seahorse. Koh Samui - Sattahip (port in Pattaya). Departs at 16.00. Overnight and tama 0858426021 office of Koh Samui. I think they will accept payment at the entrance. Rubles can be exchanged in the exchanger (nal) or through the exchanger of crypts (beznal). Standard place 2500 baht one way in the morning if you have time, every other day in Pattaya.
