Probably required. Formally, for the sanitary service, you are not flying from Brazil, but from where you have the last transfer. Therefore, at the airport most likely they will not dig up. However, there is a zone of declaration and sanitary control in Suvarnabumi and it works (dark-skinned brothers are strongly interrogated and checked). And you can get to the control accidentally, just for show, as is often the case.
