Tinkoff works only in my opinion for the first 45 days, then you need to go to the Russian Federation, and after that you can still 45 days it seems. I was offered a free month of Pro subscription, it included travel insurance. Ask in support maybe you can do it again. In general, I was treated under this insurance, the assistance best assistance is excellent, they sent me to the hospital in Bangkok, everything was done there, the bill was 9 baht and tysch 6 baht when re-admitted. I didn't pay anything. Medications are given out right in the window.

Tinkoff works well. Also Alfa-Bank try, there are 182 days already valid. And I was approved of that.

The first 45 days any bank insurance works very well, then you need to do a permanent one.
