In the USA you can enroll On the Schengen mainly require to be a resident, but not in all EU countries. Specifically for the country of issue, specify. They may have different approaches.

In Thailand you can, but without options for a U.S. visa, kuala Lumpur has a higher chance of getting higher. But Schengen what is there, what is here - no chance with tour stamping.
