You can buy on the Aeroflot website in the section of additional baggage. On the Economy tariff you can buy up to 23 kg. If you buy more than 24 hours in advance, then 3700₽. If less than this in 24 hours, then 4600₽.

We were also initially told by the Aeroflot operator that there was no possibility to add luggage to the return baggage, they said to pay at Phuket airport (130 euros). We called back the next day and the operator added to us, the cost of 105 euros (seven with pennies came out rubles) We came to the conclusion that not all operators are competent.
