You need to come to the immigration of Phuket town, find there office 101 and submit to the window information: - photo 4x6 (done there next to 100 baht), - a copy of the passport, - a copy of the rental agreement, - a screenshot from the computer screen, where you can see that the landlord has registered you in the special. - a copy of the certificate of ownership of the dwelling, - a copy of the identity card of the landlord, - 300 baht.
