Advise where and what helmet to get for a scooter in Phuket? I wanted to take it with glass, but on the roads I often see that they are raised. Is it uncomfortable with it?

I would highly advise you to measure all the possible, they sit on your head in different ways, and you will drive up just comfortable and within your own pocket.

Up to 40-50 km/h norms. then even a small piece of debris/insect can cause trouble if it gets into the eyes.

At high speed and in the rain, glass is very useful. In the raised form, it does not interfere at all, so it is better with glass.
