You need to know the address of your hotel. I gave the documents, you can pick them up the next day. But since I got into the holidays, I picked it up after 6 days. It's all free. Filed on October 12. I don't know how to go through this procedure with rented houses, I probably ask the landlord to register. You can check into the hotel for at least one day and get this form. You cannot open an account without a resident certificate.
