There are ferries from Koh Samui to the mainland. Operators Seatran, Rajaferry and Lomprayah. All vessels depart from Naton (except Raja - from Lipa Noi) and arrive in Donsak, except Lomprayah, which has its own pier near Surat Thani. Upon arrival on the mainland, you get to Surat either by taxi (call via apps or arrange on the spot) or by shuttle bus from ferry operators. Tickets can be purchased both at the ticket offices of Naton in advance and online. The ticket, when purchased, may include the entire route with picking you up from the hotel and delivery to Surat Thani. Or don't enable it if you don't choose this option. In addition, a similar service with a transfer from the hotel to Surat Thani airport is available for the purchase of tickets for AirAsia and NokAir flights.
