I am married to my husband, but I am flying to Pattaya with a 16-year-old child. Do I need to get a birth certificate for her or can I just have my Russian passport? Otherwise I can't find her birth certificate.

You must have a child's birth certificate with you. They may not ask, of course, but if they ask and it doesn't turn out, it will be an embarrassment. It doesn't matter, with her husband, married or not. Try to find or take a duplicate. If the last name is still there, then most likely they won't ask, but there is always a risk.
