At which ATM in Phuket is it better to withdraw money from the Union Pay card of the post bank?

In all ATMs, from any amount, the commission is 220bat. It is better to withdraw the maximum amount. Maximum, for one withdrawal it gives 20k, yellow and purple 30k. A couple of days ago, a friend wrote about an ATM near the kch, in which you can withdraw an amount of more than 30k. But this is not accurate.
