Look at the insurance aggregators — they say there is a large selection: Cherehapa . If you are already in Thailand, when registering on the Cherehapa website, you must tick the box "I am already traveling". Also note that a temporary franchise is applied for Thailand, i.e. the policy start date should be specified later, at least +4 or 5 days from the date of purchase, this is the minimum, but you can certainly put a later date.
