Do they put a visa for 45 days on arrival right away? Do you need to do anything anywhere in advance, do you need to fill it out?

The Shtam in the passport is set for 45 days upon arrival when passing passport control, there is no need to fill out anything in advance anywhere. For some reason, they asked us how many days we arrived, they said 45, and we were given that much (they put the date of entry in red and the date when we need to leave in blue)
