Look at the insurance aggregators — they say there is a large selection: Cherehapa, for example. If you are already in Thailand, when registering on the Cherehapa website, you must tick the box "I am already traveling". Also note that a temporary franchise is applied for Thailand, i.e. the start date of the policy should be specified later, at least +4 or 5 days from the date of purchase, this is the minimum, but you can certainly put a later date. Tinkoff and Sber are not suitable, since they do not insure "already traveling". Also, some companies, such as Alfa, Liberty and Alliance, have a restriction that a tourist cannot stay more than 180 days in the territory of one country in the last 12 months. It turns out that if your stay is longer or close to 180 days, then these companies will not work, in this case, consider Renaissance and Ingosstakh, they do not have such restrictions.
