Hello on Phangan When does the Dengue season start? What protects against mosquito attacks? Spray obviously, maybe some other products/oils?

The principle with mosquitoes is the same as in Russia during the season: do not settle in forests, near reservoirs - there are more of them there, and they are there all day long. If you go to nature, I always sleep with a net over the bed (but not because of dengue, I just don't like when a mosquito wakes up). If it is reasonable not to like mosquitoes, then the probability of dengue is not so great) And dengue is not a big problem.
