Try to set up wise and make a local map. I'm not sure, but most likely it will be the lowest comsa. They have instant conversion at the normal rate and instant transfer to a Thai account, with a commission of 30 baht.... And on wise, you can easily transfer money from a European card, they have all the appropriate data for this.

In a bank branch, you can withdraw money without a Thai bank commission. In the yellow bank, a master without a commission, a visa with a commission. In blue, both systems are commission-free. All ATMs charge a commission of about 220 baht.
