[Koh Phangan] Has anyone opened a card in a Bangkok bank on Koh Samui, what are the conditions there? The presence of a residence certificate, of course. Do you need any additional papers? With a certificate to the bank or in immigration there is still something to get? - Thailand

Opened the other day on Koh Samui. Resident certificate, passport and 2500 baht. They are issued immediately. If you want another nominal + 400 baht and issue two weeks. If they start saying in one department that the system is not working, come back tomorrow. Go straight to another department, don't wait. Is there anyone who sells bikes? Not older than 2020 mileage up to 5000. Not lower than PCX. I want to be guided by the price.

Did on pagngan. It cost about 9,000 baht. First, a lawyer for some piece of paper (the department will advise which one), then to the department. It took about two hours for everything. I did it without a visa and without trips to the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
