We were on this tour back in 2013, after two days of sightseeing we agreed with an escort, the group left without us and we extended the hotel and stayed for another 2 days, already hanging out on our own in Cambodia! Then they left for Pataya with another group) Thai and Cambodia are very similar in some ways and at the same time different. It is definitely worth going. Angkor impressed!!!

Were a few days ago on this tour. the road is really long, from Pattaya to the border 3.5 hours on average. we crossed the border in 15 minutes, no queues and no waiting. further on the way to the city of Siem Reap 2.5 hours..on the way there will be more excursions, lunch.. Personal impressions, it was worth it, I really liked the local cuisine, the service (at least organized by our operator), the Angkor temple complex without epithets describing the impressions of delight)

The Angkor Wat Temple complex is worth seeing with your own eyes. Lara Croft's filming locations are epic too… I think so! We really liked it - we were 3 years ago. But the road, the border are certainly tedious.
