Today, around noon, I used a free shuttle from Don to Suv, asked for a ticket from Suv, stuck a sticker on me, and put me to wait for 10 minutes near the counter, at 12 o'clock the shuttle left, there was an hour on the way, without any traffic jams (although the maps showed 35 minutes ...) The bus did not it was packed, there were even empty seats, air conditioning it was dry, but it worked.

The bus runs free, once every half hour, it seems to take a little less than an hour to go. If you get the luggage quickly, then you will have time to calmly.

You can take a taxi, about an hour's drive if on the highway, you will have to pay the driver extra for this.

There used to be a free bus, if there are tickets on hand, then they were planted. Rides 1.45 hours approximately. And so, if there are no tickets, then the bus costs something, I think it's budget.
