When opening any account in a non-Russian federation must be notified.

There are no ring options. 1. Notify and for errors will receive a penalty. In 90% of cases, this is the end of it. 2. Do not notify and hope that the Russian Federation will not find out about it, and if they find out - a fine of 3 or 5 thousand rubles. 3. If you live outside the Russian Federation for more than 183 days, you can not notify the tax office and there will be nothing for it.
