Theoretically: a ticket purchased through an aggregator is a Bangkok Airlans ticket and after buying through an aggregator, you can contact BA yourself and change it (through support if you have enough English skills). Perhaps you can manage the booking purchased through the aggregator and on the BA website (I bought on the company's website and I have a link to manage - but it may be enough to know the ticket numbers and some other information). In general, if the aggregator does not help (by the way, why?), the ticket is already yours and you have the right to communicate directly with the airline for a change.
