What is more profitable to buy dollars in Russia or pay with Gazprombank's unionpay card in Pattaya? How do I find out the conversion rate of rubles to baht on the card?

My Gazprombank Union card stopped working after one payment, they don't see it in stores ..... therefore, don't rely on it too much) tech support said that the card is normal, offered to withdraw cash from an ATM, haven't tried yet.

If you use crown pay, then the dollar purchase rate; ₽70 = $1.
