I can't imagine how this is possible. There is a union pay in a number of banks . There are rubles from Sberbank. And these banks here in Thailand immediately convert into baht at the dollar rate. That is, you get baht as a result. Here, dollars are not calculated, but exchangers-dollars, euros, and so on, at every step.
