How is the issue of booking hotels and the inability to do it on the cards of Russian banks solved in Phangan? Do Thais know about this problem? How loyal are they?

Cards of foreign banks are only for booking. And the wise payment system. They send a link and you pay.

Thais need an advance payment, in what way, it is not particularly important to them) There are only 3 options: to look for housing on the spot and pay cash; through booking / agoda or some Russian services; through local realtors (you need a verified one so as not to face fraud) Well, or to agree with someone in a chat about cohabitation and pay on arrival.
