I withdraw 30,000 baht at a yellow ATM. In the seven, payment always takes place.

Yes, card payment is not always, but it works, on 7/11 most often yes, in stores not at all. Withdraw gives 10000-20000 baht + 220 baht commission every time. 30,000 baht at a time, it never worked out.
