There is a market on almost any major beach - on Chaweng, on Lamai, Maenam, Bang Rak and not only. Navigate by your location. And besides, some cheap fruits can be bought in local supermarkets. For example, I bought a rather cheap package of passion fruit in Macro on Lamai, but I did not see them in the markets. Don't worry, buying fruit on Koh Samui is not a problem)
