Good afternoon. 2 adults and 2 children (4.5 years 1.5 years). Choose between Koh Samui and Phangan. What can you recommend?

It will be good for children everywhere) Phangan is more crowded and partying, Koh Samui is much quieter, there are almost deserted places - if you want privacy. In addition, you can take a ferry from Koh Samui to Phangan any day) I and my child (although my daughter was six months old) wintered on a Samurai.
