Hello! Who can tell about the schools in Koh Samui, what documents are needed (if the child is from the Russian Federation) whether they accept like this during the school year, and if the child does not speak English fluently. Thank you if someone can tell, help.

Most likely they will be asked to pay extra for additional classes in English.
