How is the flight to Thailand? Is there a health control on arrival? are they forced to fill out additional papers in addition to the immigration card? after baggage claim, just let go, as before?

We flew from Sri Lanka, with a transfer in Kuala Lumpur. They only asked for a tie pass and a vaccination certificate. Upon departure from Kuala Lampur, they were given immigration cards. We filled them out and gave them back when we arrived in Bangkok. No additional documents were asked.
