I was carrying a cat with the Turks. Booking a plane for an animal, international VET certificate, permission from Thai vet control at the post office.

Turkishis carry. But when booking a ticket, you need to specify whether the quota in the cabin is free for the appearance of your animal. There's a limit like for a couple of individuals of the same species (either cats or dogs).

We transported our own in the cabin in the legs. If the cat has all the documents collected and the tickets indicate that you are flying with an animal, then there should be no problems.
