I forgot the Wise bank card at the ATM in Koh Samui. Krungsri ATM. What to do? Where to apply?

My friends came to the bank and explained the situation. It turned out that they keep foreign cards. I don’t remember the procedure, what they wrote and how they did it, the card was returned to them.

Recommended in this case to contact the police station. Thais carry the found cards and documents there.
